Client put wrong due date and it effected my JSS (Job sucess score)

Hello, My client accidentally put the wrong due date (by one day) and it affected my JSS (Job success score) negatively. Is there anything we can do to fix this? I did have the project sent in time on the day we agreed on.

Are you sure? It shouldnt affect JSS. Date is agreement with you and client, reason for dispute but nothing more.

Hello Thank you for the reply. I had only very positive feedback, My worst score was once getting a 4.85, other than all 5 star ratings. After this project, my client gave me a 5-star review. My JSS dropped from 100% to 75%. It's the only thing I can think of that affected my mark. Is there anyone I can contact to discuss this?

No. Upwork will repply that JSS is very secret and will give you link to ToS with basic JSS description. You can read it yourself.

Not only x\5 feedback here. Also private feedbacks x\10. You cannot see them. Any client able to give 5\5 public + 2\10 private, then your JSS will be dropped.
