Creation of two accounts by accident

Hi. I would like to issue a ticket since I have created two accounts without knowing it was not allowed at all. I just wanted to have two professional profiles(music producer and voice over) I really apologize and I would like to solve it asap. Had I known this I wouldn't have created two accounts. Could You please help me?
