Desktop Time Tracking app not working

Hello there,

 

since yesterday, the desktop time tracker application is not working and I keep getting this infinite spinner saying "Checking if the connection is secure".

Yes, the same I've been using since I came back to Upwork this year. Everything was running smooth untill yersterday.

Try rebooting your connection device, and if that doesn't work you may need to try another device.

Hello Nicolas; I had the same problem a few days ago you can reinstall it or search for an update that did it for me.
