My earnings been withdrawn automatically last 08/23/2023 on the bank account I chose. However, upon waiting on my earnings to reflect on my online banking, I got locked out and called the bank to reset my password and check my balance. That's where I discovered that my account was still restricted because it's still not verified, I also asked if there is any balance on the account but the customer service rep said that any money that will be transferred to a restricted accounts will go back to where it came from. So I waited a couple of days to check if it will be refunded to my Upwork account but no. It's been 10th day today and I haven't get my first earnings. The bank account was already closed also. The last person I talked to said that they should track where did the money go but never got a reply again. Please help.
