Direct to Local Bank withdrawal not received

Hey,

After week of withdraw, ( 2 days after expected day of delivery ), I don't get a payment. In bottom email about payment status there is info: "If you did not initiate this payment, please contact us immediately." 
So I ask there on forum, because I have not found any contact form on UpWork.

I am not sure why it take so long, my eariler payment was in time.
If is there is some support for payment can I ask for email contact or how that works there..

Hi Claramarie,

 

It may take up to four business days for funds to arrive at your bank if you have withdrawn your earnings via Direct to Local Bank transfer. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

Hi! I have withdrawn my available balance from Upwork last June 10, 2022 only to find out my local bank account was closed last May 30, 2022. Is there a way I can retreive the money? Please help - I need it immediately! Thanks in advance

Hi Dana,

 

Thank you for your message. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transaction is processed within four business days. If your bank account is already closed, your funds will be reversed after 8 business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. In the meantime, please read up on this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timings and Fees.

I am a top rated freelancer. I widraw my funds today at 11:44am(Philippine time). And received a notification email that my payment request is already processed. But i checked my Local Bank, funds is still not in my Bank Account. What happen?

A minute ago. I check again my Local Bank. My Funds is already in my Bank Account.

Hello sir,

I initiated a withdrawal on June 7th , but I've not received my processed payment for over 9 days now...hope you don't mind looking into this issue

How do I open a support ticket? I've been trying to reach the upwork support but I found only the help bot. Could anybody help me , please?

I've tried most of the options here  but nothing seems to work..

I need support because I initiated a withdrawal on June 7th but I've not still received the payment..I went to bank because this has never happened before but they said they didn't receive any money.

Hi Upwork Support Team,

 

I’m facing the same issue. On 14th June I requested for payment through a direct local bank, and Upwork emailed me that the payment has been processed and received estimation from 15 – 17th June (Upwork Ref ID 486675516). As of now, I haven’t received my payment. I have also contacted the local bank, but they tell me to contact the Upwork because the bank is only a recipient of funds and is passive. This has never happend before and usually I received the payments in my bank account within 5 minutes after I got the confirmation email from Upwork. 

 

Can you please look into this matter? Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Hi Ammar,

 

I checked and can confirm the transaction you're referring to was successful on our end. Direct to Local Bank payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. If more than 8 business days pass and you still haven't received your funds, please let us know.

Can you please check also if my withdrawal last June 15, 2022 was successfully processed by upwork? I did not get an email saying it was processed. Attached below is the transaction details. Also, I've been trying to get support but I have not received a single reply. Thank you and God bless!

Yes I created a ticket via get support since june 16 but up to now, no one has responded yet. I have not received even a single reply of confirmation if my transaction was processed or not. Please follow up on this one. Thank you and God bless!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that only business days are counted. Weekend days are not counted. You should receive your funds by the end of this week. If you still don't see your funds by then let us know and we will assist you further.
