Duration tab on proposal page not working

Hello,

I've been trying to submit a proposal all morning, but the "Set duration" tab of the page is not working. I can't click on it no matter what I do, and I can't submit without it. I want to make sure this is not a "me" problem as it seems techhnical.

I'm not sure how that will help, but it's the select a duration tab. I can't seem to click on it which prevents me from finishing an application.
