Fail to buy connects

Hello,

 

I took the membership for my agency this month. Using the same payment method, I am trying to buy connects but get error on Upwork screen. I raised the ticket 11 days ago with support team but still there is no update. No one is taking ownership of resolving my issue. Please can someone help me. My monthly membership is wasted if I can't have connects to bid on a project.
