In March 2022 I worked on a project but faced an unjust review from a client. Despite delivering a 90-second video script as requested, the client's unclear instructions led to multiple changes. We settled on $30 for the work, though it took more than a few hours.
The review misrepresented my skills, impacting my job opportunities. I admit my mistake in not addressing it promptly. I now seek the client's reconsideration and have messaged him to reconsider the review or completely remove it but haven't received a response yet, even after his replying "OK" for the same. I have also checked the Upwork help and support and it shows that after 28 days nothing could be done. I request an understanding and advice to rectify this situation.
