I just need help to remove the bad feedback on my client. The reason why I need to remove this feedback is that the client requested that I review and update her books and after all of their request I worked them successfully. He was a lack of communication I don't know why he left me a bad review when I work them as sincerely. This is not fair on my part. The Contract ID was 36029412
