Form 16A differs from actual credit

Hi I'm a freelancer from India.

Form 16A provided by upwork differs from actual amount credited in my bank account.

Is there some document elaborating the calculation that can I refer to, kindly let me know.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The withholding tax is calculated based on the gross amount that you invoice your client, so it is calculated prior to freelancer service fees or any other fees that may reduce the amount credited to your account.
