There has been fraudulent activity on my client account with over $1600 charged to my credit card. Somehow, freelancers who I had no communication with created jobs and were able to get paid from my account. I contacted customer support via chat several days ago, and they said I would receive a follow-up within 48 hours. So far nothing- they don't even respond to my messages on the request ticket.
Has anyone had a similar issue, and, were you able to resolve it? Also, has anyone been able to talk on the phone to a live agent?
