Help!

Hi Upwork Team!
I filed a dispute on my second account **Edited for Community Guidelines** Dispute Id:(30576404) a few weeks ago and after some days Upwork issued a courtesy credit for my account. This is the seventh day but it is not active on my account. I have tried to contact Upwork support multiple times but I am unable to do it and the Upwork team is not responding to me. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please know that having multiple accounts is against our Terms of Service, therefore, disqualifying your account from receiving courtesy credits.
