How can I unblock a client???

I want to get one client out of the Block - but for some reason it doesn’t work
If I look for it through the Upwork application, it shows a dialogue and says that I blocked it - but there is no Unblock button, there is only a Block button - for the second time, like?
and if I search through the site, it shows an error and does not give a message at all

in both cases it marks that the client is in the Archive
