How long does Upwork take to approve the catalog project?

I recently listed three projects on my Upwork profile, but I'm unsure about the approval timeline. Can you please provide clarity on how long it typically takes for Upwork to approve these projects?

Typically 2-5 days. Lately, the timeframe is unknown....I have been waiting 12 days.
