How to find contract from Russian Client

I have been getting emails from UpWork that one of my contract is from a Russia or Belarus Client. So I must submit milestone or request payment etc. I have tried checking my active contracts and I am not able to find if they are from Rusiia or Belarus Client.

Can someone help me point out in the correct direction?

You  may have to ASK each client.  Alternatively, what you can do to try to narrow down who it could be is to check all your clients' profiles and see if their profile is showing a 'time zone' that doesn't make sense for the location they have listed on their profile.  Example: Their profile claims they are in the UK or the U.S., but the time showing on their profile or in the Messenger is the same time it is in Moscow Standard Time.
