I can't change my password

I typically log into my account using Google Authenticator. I need to make some updates and changes to my account, but I've forgotten my password. I've tried clicking on "Forgot password" and requested an email to be sent to my address, but I haven't received any emails. I've attempted this process twice now without success, and I've checked my spam folders as well.

I visited the support page and used the Support Chat Bot, which provided me with a link to contact support. However, when I click on that link, it redirects me to a page where I can only chat with the bot, I'm not able to contact the support anywhere. Could someone assist me with this issue?
