I cannot sign in

Hello.

 

I cannot Sign In. I use my Apple ID to sign in, but since yesterday it gives me an error “Sign Up is not completed”. My Apple ID e-mail is different from my work e-mail tied to Upwork. 

My Upwork e-mail is **Edited for Community Guidelines**

Hi Herman,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us. It seems like when you tried to sign in using your Apple ID, it created a new account. Have you tried manually entering your work e-mail and password? Please let us know if the issue persists.

It says “This email address uses Apple Sign-In”, and does not allow to manually enter password.
