I have pending balance in my account, but that is not reflected in the available balance.

Dear Community Memebrs,
My account is showing pending balance but the available balance is zero.
How can I resolve this? Or how much time, I'll have to wait for the amount to be available to me?
Help please.

Hi Ubaid,

 

By pending balance, are you referring to the balance that shows under "Pending" when you go to Reports > Overview? If yes, note that this means that the balance showing there is still not available to you. In your case, I see that those funds are payments for milestones from a recent contract you had and will become available to you after a five-day security period has passed from the date they were released.
