Hello, i'd like a refund for the payment billed today. we haven't been using upwork yet, and I forgot to switch back to basic membership before billing.
By the way, the chatbot is absolutely useless, and it's very bad not having a direct way to talk or email someone from Upwork.
I'm posting this here hoping I can get support, because there simply isn't a way to get in touch with anyone. At least not that I have found.
