Why is the Upwork team taking such a long time before responding to customer support requests? I raised a ticket 5 days ago and they still did not solve my issue or even give me a reply that it's been assigned to an agent. I'm following up on a withdrawal transaction and it's a bit worrying whenever it takes this long without response. Maybe you can look into improving response time. Cheers!
