I was double charged by Upwork

I recently sent a bonus payment to a freelancer for the amout of $1,010.06. However, I see that I was billed twice the amount. I'm seeing that a charge of $2,020.12 will be applied. I created a support ticket almost 5 days ago but no one from Upwork support has gotten back to me.

 

I'm not seeing a phone number or direct email address. Does anyone have any idea on how I can get in touch with an Upwork rep to sort this out?

Hey Rennae,

 

Thanks for reaching out. In general, note that all bonus, miscellaneous, and hourly payments from the day are batched together and charged to your billing method in a single lump sum. So the amount may include the bonus and another payment to the freelancer such as a regular payment for hours billed. I'll ask one of our agents to reach out to you directly and go over specific transactions on your client's account.
