Identity ID picture #2

Hello I am trying to complete the verification process, I am able to take a front picture of my valid ID, however when promoted to take a picture of the back. I keep receviing the same error message even after I take the picture 100 times. " unable to review document" is there a way to send this? I am an american citizein and I do not have a passport.
