Incorrect bank details.

Is it still the same process that it would take 8 business days for the amount to bounce back to our upwork account once the bank details were incorrect?

That is correct! When there's a discrepancy with the payment method, the money will be returned to your Upwork account within 8 business days. You will need to wait for the funds to be added back to your Upwork account. If you do not see the funds in your Upwork account after 8 business days, feel free to message us; we will gladly assist you.
