I've been following the FAQ and chatting with the chatbot, which unfortunately can't do much else than loop the same 2 standard replies.
I find that it seems impossible to get in contact with real life support, or file a ticket. FAQ says, chat to the bot and it will put you through. But im pretty certain that is not possible. I gave it a good 40 min. of trying.

One trick - hit ZERO (0) for their [maybe] operator.

The issue has to do with VAT information being declined 🙂
It's not an issue i can share any more details on, in a public forum like this.
It would be great, if you could somehow put me in touch with a supporter.
