Is my "get paid" able to receive payments?

Hi,

I recently added my local bank account in india in "GET PAID" section.

I got a mail after 12 hours that "Bank Account has been added"

Email message:

"Payment method Bank Transfer: xxxx-xxxx was recently added to Financial Account"

However, in settings-> Get paid section, i still see the message

"please allow 3 days for this withdrawal method to become active" (PFA the snap - get_paid.png attached)

Now given this state of mine, can i ask clients to initiate payments to this account?

Your Upwork account already works, you can receive payments right now. Then you can send it to your bank after 3 days.

Hi Phani,

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and I can confirm that your payment will be active starting June 7th, 2023. Your client can hire you on Upwork and release payment before the payment activation date mentioned above. Please note that all earnings released by the clients will need to complete 5 days security period before they are available on your Upwork account for withdrawal.
