It is saying, my upwork access has been restricted

Dear Sir/Madam,

After a few minutes I become a member, I can not do any of the action because of a error saying like below described. Also only one time I got  a chance to open proposals tab, It is also saying 'My acess on Upwork restricted'(I have attached it below). Please consider my issue and re-correct it.😭😢

Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies or use a different browser? Let me know if the issue persists and I'll look further into that for you.

Still I can not acces my project dashboard tab it is saying "You no longer have access"(I have attached a screenshot), please can you expalin the reason?😭
