Less available balance

i recently had a direct contract setup and paid $ 190, and after deductions, it should be 183$, but instead, I'm getting 171$.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your account and found a negative balance of $12.00 which was traced back to an old project last June 2021. You issued a refund to your client of $15.00 when there was no available balance on your account. A service fee was returned which was $3.00 so the negative balance then amounted to $12.00.

I don't see any other negative balance now on your account that may affect your next withdrawals.
