MY CLIENT ACCOUNT IS BEING REVIEWED FOR MORE THAN 5 DAYS

Hi UpWork team, 

I face the issue where I couldn't activate and fund the 3rd milestone of my project. I got email saying that my account has been verified as Freelancer (I don't know why) on Tuesday 11th June 2024 but until now, I couldn't activate & fund the milestone. 

Despite I reply to the email, which in the email stating that I can reply for further issues, I got no reply even until 5 days later.
