My Client Is unable to Start the Contract

Hi,

I have a chat with the client on Upwork on my profile and he said that he is unable to start the contract as his client profile is rejecting the card or payment he is trying to attach or using 

Now what I can do is take payment from him on my upwork. I don't want to loose him and don't want to go outside of upwork 

Please help me how can I try to start the contract with him. He asked me to give my freelancing Upwork profile link

Can he do something with my profile link ?

Don't send him the link. He needs to figure out how to fund the contract on his own, otherwise don't work with him.
