My account and my connects have been wiped out.

I received an email 3 days ago, that I had connects expiring and so I go to the app to look for work and use my connects the problem is,  my account is gone along with my connects! Which makes no sense. When I log in to my normal account, it acts as if I am brand new and wants me to re-set up my profile. I'm extremely frustrated!

I'm sorry to learn about this. Are you referring to this account you're currently reaching out from or a different one? When I checked your account, it does seem you have not finished setting up your profile.

 Yes this is it. But I have been on Upwork for years.
