My account has been hijacked!

My account has been hijacked! Someone has accessed my mail and changed it in my account and deleted this message! I can't get into my account! I've been writing to your bot for a week now, it generates an appeal, but no one contacts me! Why are you mocking me! Help me at last! I have all the registration data. I can pass a video verification to prove that this is my account!The thief is now using my account!
