My account was suspended with instructions to send a copy of my ID, which I did

I sent the copy of the ID and held it up to my face and sent another picture - several times- , then I got a reply that Upwork is evryfying it and never heard from them again.

This is regarding my other account that I cannot get back into becasue I cannot get anyones's attention to help me.

Plase help, I neeed access.
