My conversation with client isn't showing up in messeges section

I sent a proposal to client then we agreed on the amount and then client ended the contract and refuse to pay i opened a dispute but his conversation isn't showing in my Upwork message section .

Hi Anwar,

Thank you for reaching out to us. There are several reasons why you may not see the client's messages on Message Center anymore and we cannot share information with you for privacy reasons. Rest assured that they'll still get email notifications for your dispute conversation as long as the client is cc'd on the email.
