My milestone payment in agency account is not showing

Hi, I am facing this problem, on my agency account, my client approved the milestone and submit the payment.

It's showing in the Total Earning section, but not in the balance, so I am not getting how to withdraw it?

Kindly Help me to solve this issue.

Hi Derel,

Thank you for reaching out to us. When your client releases a milestone or final payment on a fixed-price job, it immediately shows as pending on your financial account. Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. Since the milestones were approved last 4/24 and 4/26, kindly wait until 4/29 and 5/01 respectively for the funds to reflect on your available balance.
