Where did all of the Upwork support go? I have two refunds that are hundreds of dollars less than the freelancer refunded. The hours posted don't match my billing... I just want to talk with someone but there's no chat support, no place to put in tickets. It's a nightmare. I'm close to just disputing on my credit card since it's happening over and over.
