Need urgent help form Team Upwork regarding spam Job posting

Hi Team Upwork,

I want to report this user on upwork. He posts the same spam job every day in bulk due to which I am not able to see any other jobs.

Although, his payment method is verified and spent over $3k but he is scam. He never hires someone or even take interview. I have already reported it by flaging as inappropriate but no vail. I am also attaching a screenshot as a proof.

I hope you will block this user permanently from upwork.
