Not able to buy connects

HI Team,
Hope you are doing well.

I want to bring notice. I have been trying to buy connects from your website but my card always gets declined. I have tried a couple of different cards and still it was not working. At last my bank suggested to get a new card and yesterday I got a new one and the new card also declined.
It's really frustrating & even I am tired now and really want a quick solution. Already a lot of days have been wasted. I urge you to please help me out.
