Payment Not Reflecting On Our Upwork Portal

Hi Team, 

 
Accept Greetings!
 
One of our clients on upwork has made the payment on 5th Oct 2023 amounted to $725 & $1,517.80. But these two payments are not reflecting on our upwork portal. 
 
We are attaching the screenshot of Initiated payment and attaching payment invoice for your reference. Kindly have a look into this issue that why we have not received these payments yet and update us accordingly.

Could you please share with us the Contract ID for the job you're referring to? You can see the ID by going to All Contracts> Select the Contract in question> Details tab. Please see this screenshot for your reference.
