Payment method problem for Turkey

Hello, I live in Turkey. I copied the IBAN of the local bank I use from the application and pasted it into the Upwork payment method section. Later, a warning was given that the IBAN was invalid. There were spaces between the numbers in the IBAN I copied from the application. I thought about trying to delete the spaces one by one and tried it. Afterwards, he accepted the payment method in this way. Then 1 day passed and I saw that my money was refunded. The payment method said "defective". I need to solve this problem.
