Payment not showing up

Hello,

 
I’ve recently completed a job for a client for $400. Since the client’s payment is in escrow, I ended the contract. 
 
However, the payment is not showing up anywhere on my side. 
 
The client also says that the funds have been withdrawn from his account since the beginning of the project.
 
Please advise on what to do next.

Thank you for reaching out about your payment. I understand that your concern about your payment not reflecting on your end.  

 

When you end a contract while the funds are in escrow, funds will automatically be refunded to your client. Payments for fixed contract needs to be approved and released from the escrow in order to receive the payment.
