Payment refund

I have completed my task 15 days back. Client has reviewed and completed the task successfully. As per upwork policy, I have to wait for next payment run to get my payment. I have paid membership plan (Freelancer Plus). Now on the day of payment I have received the email that I have refunded the amoun to client, I have never done this. And it was refunded without my concern. 

If I have not refunded, then why message is saying I have refunded the amount? 

It was hourly paid task, which is under protection policy, that means upwork is responsible to pay me. Please resolved the problem ASAP. There are others task which I have completed for the client, I am expection that also should be paid to me on time.

 

Please please do the needful.

But I am not agree with that response. As the project was completed and reviewed then how it would be possible that I am not getting paid?
