https://support.upwork.com/hc/requests/47153191 . I was instructed to reupload my documents and send them to a unique link that is unclickable. I have been unable to upload due to this. I tried contacting support again via email to correct the error and expedite my review, but I have received no response since. Is there any way for this to reach them here? Alternatively, someone can help to move the process forward. Only two documents were requested. My government ID and billing information, which I can provide upon request. Please assist! My job is hanging by a thread, and I can not withdraw my earnings either.
