Can anyone please tell me if this message violates Upwork's TOS? 

Thanks for your interest in our guardrails data annotation program. We'd like to invite you to participate in an initial exercise to evaluate your proficiency.

If interested, we will need to execute two documents in connection with any contract here on Upwork: (i) a Consulting Agreement with billing terms governed by Upwork, and (ii) a Confidentiality Agreement. We recommend reviewing these documents prior to accepting the contract on Upwork. To get started, we'll need your First Name, Last Name, and Email so I may issue the documents for signature via SignRequest.

Once signed, we will onboard you onto our Slack platform (via Slack Connect) where you'll connect with our machine learning team who will provide the initial exercise worksheet and directions.

First Name, Last Name, and Email cannot be shared without contract. Or you may be banned if will do.

You can share that after contract started but not must.

You can report message where client asked you to broke rules. Job will be deleted for violation and connects refunded.
