Problem with access to platform

Anytime I log in, I am asked to set my profile, like I am new on the platform. I tried to follow the direct link from one of Upwork mails, but in that case I get the notification from the attachment. Please, resolve this problem and let me see my history of transactions and all the data related to my profile.

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies? Then log back into your account. You may also consider using a different browser or the incognito mode of your preferred one. Let us know if the issue persists; we'll look further into that for you.
