Profile Picture Update

I've attempted to change my profile picture several times o different browsers (Chrome and Safari) and on different operating systems (Windows, iOS) and every time the image does not seem to save despite me selecting the Save option. Can someone please assist me with this? As far as I can see the image meets the requirements for upload so I'm no sure what's preventing this successful upload.

Hi Shakel,

I apologize for the trouble you are having with uploading your profile picture. We understand how important it is to have a profile picture that accurately reflects you and your work. When selecting a photo, please make sure:

• It is at least 250 x 250 pixels
• It is no more than 4000 x 4000 pixels 
• The extension is .jpeg, .png or .gif
• The max size is 5 MB
