Profile is no Longer Available Error Message

Hello,

I'm a top-rated plus member. My account was recently reactivated after being suspended due to my client's fraudulent activity—not my own. However, my profile is still displaying the "profile is no longer available" error message.

What steps should I take, as my potential clients are currently unable to view my profile?

I checked your profile and I am unable to replicate the error.  In this case, please try the following steps:

 

 

If using a different browser and/or incognito/private mode worked for you, clearing your cookies should help to fix the issue you’re experiencing:

 

  1. Click on this link: https://upwork.com/clearcookies ** > follow those steps to clear Upwork-only cookies
  2. If the issue persists, you may need to clear your full browser cookies/cache > restart your browser to try once more
