Hello everyone
I believe in Up Work the Proposals that are ment for a specific freelancer sometimes show up as open jobs.
I have seen quite a few like this within 5 minutes of the job posting someone is hired and the job is no longer available which in a normal senario is not possible untill the person has already convinced the client to hire him/her.
Does anyone else experienced the same?
