Refund for unused plan

Hey! I upgraded to Freelance Plus unintentionally. I am not using the perks and don't plan to do so, therefore I downgraded immediately, but I still got charged obviously.

 

I am going circles with the chatbot and it doesn't seem to help. Is there a way I can contact human customer support to get a refund?
