I can confirm that the refund was successfully processed on your account to the original card. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your card. Feel free to message us if you do not receive the refunded amount by August 9th.

Kindly can I know how much amount totally was deducted from my account.. And how much I have been refunded.. Thank you for cooperation

Hi Parveen,

You should be able to see the total refunded amount if you go to your Transaction History. You can filter by credits to see only the refund, as shown here. Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance.
