Anyone whose reading this especially if you are from customer service in Upwork, I need a help.

I would like to submit a support ticket into the Upwork but upon clicking the link, it suddenly disappeared out of nowhere and I don't know why. My questions that I am looking for was not here, I tried searching but found no answer. I would like to speak to the customer support and I believe they can help me with my matter.
